1. `tools/ol.py 'title:"Exact EN Title"'` → publisher record with full author name (best hit rate).
2. `tools/ol.py "author:Lastname"` → works list per author.
3. `tools/wd.py "Full Name"` → QID, life dates, **official RU label** (best for big names).
4. Google Books ISBN page (via fetch_content `books.google.com/books?vid=ISBN<...>`) →
authoritative publisher metadata for anything OL lacks.
5. SearXNG fallback for reviews/dissertations.
Failed/unknown: R. Isaac (item 10) — no public record found.
